Jesus and Mary Chain - Automatic
The magnoliettes have been spirited away in a haze of Werthers Originals, Barbie bags and Smarties; no doubt held together with a twist of candy floss and a mere hint of chips...
I'm hanging the washing to the pounding rhythms of 20yrs ago disaffected urban youth. I may go so far as to have a small,semi-wild, coffee soon. Yeeha!

OK I'm a teeny bit biased as the drummer, Noel, is a wee brother of a pal from home (and I feel ancient as I remember him only as a baby, without the beard). However, I reckon their single, due out tomorrow , could do really well. Good luck to them!

I'm listening to music by local indie band My Late Travels. They cite the Smiths, The Cure and Velvet Underground, among others, as influences so if that sounds like it might be your thing give them a listen at:
