Realistic Pilates - all summer long

We have recently moved into our peaceful new studio in Baileyfield Road. Our Realistic Pilates classes run all year long including during the summer holidays.
Realistic Pilates suits real people with real bodies with no previous experience required. In particular those with bad backs, stiff neck, or general feeling of being stiff and creaky gain the most benefit!

1-1 sessions are available for Pre/Post Natal Mums, 60+ ladies concerned with the risk of Osteoporosis and anyone who has had recent Physiotherapy treatment among many other issues.
