A fun way to blast away the baby belly! Come along to Mummies and buggies circuits if you're looking to get fitter and back into shape - must be at least 6 weeks post natal and have had the all clear from your GP/midwife to exercise.

Where: Portobello Promenade (meeting on the Prom at the bottom of John Street)
Cost: £4 a session or £15 for 5 sessions
Any buggy/pram will be fine, so long as your baby is comfortable, as we will be pushing at speed (for our cardio) and we will perform resistance exercises as we go using body weight and resistance bands.
