Does anyone know of someone locally Portobello/Musselburgh who gives guitar lessons for beginners, either on a one to one basis or a class.

I spoke to Maggie LeMay at the Community Centre about this. She told me there is someone at Evergreen who gives lessons, so maybe you could try there?

I took lessons in the mid-90's at Porty High as an evening class. A great guy called Phil was running the class, an excellent guitar player and good teacher too. Worth a try?

Oh fabby! A lonely hearts type thread This is what we need - get all the single Porty dwellers together and reintroduce new blood to the gene pool (it can get a bit incestuous down here after a while - I'm related in some way to about every third person I meet!!! )
