Whilst walking through the park and over the bridge into Bailleyfield Industrial Estate,I noticed that there was a lot of traffic cones and at least two trafffic barriers in the burn as well as someone's front gate.
What a same after the efforts that were put in last year to clean this up.
Could the council remove these items as soon as they can and they will no doubt be able to use them elsewhere ,except the gate of course.
This part of the burn seems to get mistreated frequently and I'm pretty sure that a lot of this is due to the kids using the rope swing across the burn.
Has anyone got a sharp knife??? to remove it as it can't do the trees and river embankmemt any good ,never mind the Health and Safety risks that these swings can cause.Statistics: Posted by kevin — 03 Sep 2003, 13:11
