No seriously, though, it's really really good for you, it's not high impact, it's toning, and the pain subsides by the third class... It strengthens dodgy bits like the lower back, stretches you out so you're taller, and it's relaxing too.
I was all set for it this morning after an hour of Step (no, sorry - it was in fact frachised Bodystep) but nobody came
. I had to limp back down the stairs and trudge away home. The nice lady on reception promised to come next week though...
Please bully, cajole, whatever it takes, but get people to come to my class. Go on, do it for me
