Ouch! Maybe they could re-invent themselves as a water-polo team? You'll never take the Warwick - without some form of sea-faring vessel at least.

Hi Prombabe - I was horrified to see the pictures of Carlisle on the news. I used to do research in Carlisle and knew the present town very well and liked it a lot. It broke my heart to see it under all that water, 
and I feel for all those people with their family possessions destroyed. I hope you yourself remain more or less dry in the next few days, when the second storm comes in.
