Since we had a thread on how great or not great the ERI is, I just wanted to say how fantastically marvellously wonderful the staff at Sick Kids are. They really do an amazing job, with a friendly, welcoming and reassuring attitude. And they even have showers for all those poor parents who have to "sleep" (ROFLMAO...
(this emoticon is what I looked like after my good night's sleep)) on a wee mattress on the floor beside their wean's bed. They were just brilliant though. Wish grown ups could get treated there too.
