Recycling bins - Windsor Place

Noticed the blue lidded bin at the High Street end of Windsor place is still waiting to be emptied, two weeks ago it was so full the lid wasnt closing and its still not been emptied, checked with someone at work today and turns out the wheels are knackered and the guys cant move it till they are sorted.

Apparently due to happen this week.

Not very interesting but just in case anyone else was irritated by the bags of newspapers getting dumped on the pavement. (Though the Council have been quick to come and collect & dump em').

A speedy repair job was done on this.

The sign saying do not use is still taped accross it to stop people from using it. Thats about 8 weeks its been out of action. I wonder if the people who would normally use this particular recycling bin are using another one or just putting their newspapers in the normal refuse.
