Cheesey pasta - Cook some penne pasta in water with a stock cube (preferrably veggie). Drain out most but not all the water when past is ready, put back on a low heat and stir in some soft cheese such as bell paese or laughing cow cheese. Distribute into bowls, top with grated cheddar or similar cheese, parnesan and black pepper. You can decorate with chopped chives for effect (and added taste) if you like.
Really easy, really quick tea or dinner.
