must have a look in the new gallery soon

re the parking - for some time there's regularly been at least one car parked there. I always assumed that the car belonged to whoever was working in the old gallery. TBH, I haven't really been bothered about the safelty aspect of it as it's on a par with lots of other parking in the area anyway

new shop does look good, glad it hasn't just become an empty shop. Hope its not as expensive though for framing.

Interesting development. I have been informed that a 'No Parking' sign has appeared on this spot. I assume that the new owners are responsible for this and from their point of view I can imagine that having cars blocking their window is not considered terribly good for business.

I noticed that a chemist at one end of Rankeillor Street on the Southside of the Other World is in the same situation re pavement and has a notice saying 'Authorised Vehicles Only'. With a picture on it that implies that unauthorised vehicles will be towed away!

Anyway, I've been in Artisan a few times now - they've got excellent cards both arty and funny. And even ones of the Ormelie and the Portobello Bar :shock:

. A good addition to our array of cards shops.

Very nice people - turns out they used to have the Seahaven and I've had drinkies with one of the sons at PHS FP RFC! [El P was there too, I hasten to add!]. Small world.

And they are also v nice in the new computer print shop. Will order if they don't have what you need in stock.
