Oh boy. where do I start with this one. I've always collected things. As a child I collected all sorts, badges, key rings, stamps, coins, cards from sweeties of various sorts, cactus plants, model horses and model dogs to name just a few.
Now that I have grown up I am more selective in the things I collect, like vintage bears and dogs, ceramic dogs, pictures of dogs(terriers of course), honey pots and quite a few other smaller collections of various things. I am generally a hoarder and although I don't actually collect them, I have an impressive "hoarding" of carrier bags, my oldest being a Biba bag from the seventies You just never know when they will come in handy for something but then some of them are just too good to use

I used to collect bus tickets in the 70s - it was during my early 20s too! It only lasted a couple of years, but I kept them until recently.
