Thinking to ride my bike for profit

Hello everyone.

As I am going to be off work from next week, I was thinking to start riding my bike (as I usually do - on a daily basis - not less than 20miles) for profit.

Of course, before I commit my self, I would like to find out if there is any demand in the Portobello/Joppa area for a more environmental friendly way to do deliveries, messages, etc.

The idea would be to serve the people/businesses that live and/or operate in this part of the city as I live locally and I belong to this community. I know there are already a few companies that operate from the city centre but this doesn't put me off as I am determined for not be willing to be on the dole.

I would appreciate your comments/ideas/suggestions/requests and I look forward to receiving many.
