Only three of us so far. Mind you looks like Bellybabe,Porty and PoP haven't recovered yet. There's been no sign of them since Thu night.Very mysterious

Have to admit that I voted for the 11th then realised that I can't make it then. :oops:

I ought to have voted for the 4th. I'm happy to consider another venue although I think the lunchtime menu was cheaper Porty and we'll all spend at least Ã‚Â£10 each on taxi fares if we move up town, but point taken. Think we'll need to move quickly though, as it won't be easy to get a booking at this time of year at this late stage

Oh dear, this is turning into a shambles. We can't decide when to eat, where to eat or whether we should bother eating at all and now we've gone off on one of Porty's tangents.

Maybe the best solution is to wait until after the New Year and meet up at the Dalriada on a Saturday evening for tapas and a few beers?

You may get a decent lunch for Ã‚Â£10 a head this week but come December everyone is going to be producing a Xmas menu at inflated prices. I personally don't want to go uptown and that seems to be the view of most of us.

OK, I'll make a decison. Porty, PoP and Marya have all said they can't make the 11th. Let's make it 4 December, lunch at the Dalriada. We need 14 to get the room to ourselves. It's going to cost Ã‚Â£24:95 a head plus a few bottles of house wine before we retire to the bar. If we don't move fast this date may no longer be available, so who's up for it?
