He used to teach me and I got an A!! What does that tell you?
He is head at RHS now. I have been trying to recall my old english teacher (no A for that
) her name has escaped me. Think her 1st name was maureen and she was a bit of a midden. I liked her and she was a good teacher,

You didn't happen to see my offspring at the pool with his pal, by any chance ecm? Or did Dan have a lucky escape?
Homer has deserted me until Monday for the lure of a yachting trip with some of his mates and the Tarbet music festival - drink only plays a small part in this weekend's events, of course I'm left on my own to amuse our son over the long weekend (all the men that have gone on the trip are fathers and they do this trip every year on the same holiday weekend, but are the mothers of their children resentful? Darn right we are 
).
It'll be a chilled bottle of white for me tonight, ecm and all the tele I want to watch. I might even watch my freebie "My Life as a Dog" DVD. I adore that film.
