I'm not sure that they would class us as an institution, but we could try our luck touting it as a Community Council project, or a Portobello History Society project.
I certainly think they should offer us favourable rates for what is a community project, but whether they will see it that way or not is another matter.
I'll give them a ring and sound them out though.
