For info - ladies and gents: 5.40pm in community centre - 1hr class for £4.

OMG- I tried Zumba about 6 months ago. The fact i require a knee replacement came home to roost after about 20Mins.... great fun tho.

It was great

Turn out increased on week 2 from 6 to 8 - class is excellent. By far the best one in P'bello in my view. Its more like a dance routine than a keep fit class. Anyone else fancy joining Avril and I - come along - 5.40pm tomorrow evening. See you there. Suz

Class had 11 in it this week! Knackered..............

Have had flu - out of bed now and feeling sort of normalish today. Came back from a meeting on Wed morning and have slept until this morning basically. Will be there next week. xx

Seem to be lots of different Zumba classes in Porty depending on the sort of music/ instructor/ age group you like. Something for everyone.
Weds at community centre are the ones for me.
