Mummies and Buggies Circuits (Post natal exercise)

A fun way to blast away the baby belly! Come along to Mummies and buggies circuits if you're looking to get fitter and back into shape - must be at least 6 weeks post natal and have had the all clear from your GP/midwife to exercise.

Suitable for all fitness levels and no babysitter required!

When: Every Wednesday 2-2.40pm ***Starting up on Wednesday 15th February***
Where: Portobello Promenade (meeting on the Prom at the bottom of John Street)
Cost: £4 a session or £15 for 5 sessions

Any buggy/pram will be fine, so long as your baby is comfortable, as we will be pushing at speed (for our cardio) and we will perform resistance exercises as we go using body weight and resistance bands.

This was a cert for the Prom. The trendy Sciennes mums have been doing this around the Meadows for a while so it was just a matter of time. A jog along the Prom and then into the Beach House Cafe for a skinny latte. Well, you don't want to get in the way of the cleaner.

Just an update for 2014!
The class is now running every Tuesday at 10.30am - still meeting on the Prom at the bottom of John Street.
