By statute, under the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 the Council is required to consult with parents:
The Council is not required to consult with the wider community, but on this occasion has elected to do so 'in view of the high level of interest in the current proposals.'
Similarly for St Johns:

If you don't mind, I'm going to skip Appendix 7 which relates to accomodation requirements and is spread over several jpegs. There is a similar schedule of accomodation for St Johns which I will also skip unless anyone particularly wants to see it.
This just leaves the appendices relating to St Johns. Here they are:
